Founder and Executive Chef Kevin Scott brings to Bethesda New Orleans dishes like Pecan Crusted Trout in a New Orleans style Meuniere sauce and extra large shrimp in a jazzy Creole sauce. The Crawfish Etouffee is inspired by the deep rich flavors of Louisiana's bayou country, where Kevin's Cajun ancestors, the Durapaus and the Perrins, lived.
